About this session
OpenEye has long been a leader in molecular search. Our pioneering solutions for 2D and 3D search: OEChem; Graphsim; OMEGA; ROCS and FastROCS have been deployed by customers for well over a decade through a variety of mechanisms to help traverse increasingly large chemical spaces. We integrate and scale these elements in molecular search tools on our cloud-native design platform Orion®. This talk will be a guide for developing and searching customized molecular spaces on Orion at the multi-billion/ultra-large scale.
