This webinar will introduce tools in the OpenEye suite applicable to virtual screening. The approaches discussed will encompass both ligand (2D and 3D) and structure-based methods. Approaches to the reliable retrospective evaluation of virtual screening methods in order to provide useful guidance on future performance will be discussed.
The webinar will conclude with a set of case studies illustrating successful prospective application of some of the OpenEye tools in project settings.
