OpenEye has been providing Python toolkits to our customers for over 10 years. We are constantly working to expand their breadth and ease of use, and to take advantage of the latest advances in Python. This webinar will cover several topics related to changes that we have made in recent releases that we want to emphasize plus some of the changes that we expect over the next year:
- Single build toolkits: no more separate installation files for Redhat 6, Ubuntu 14 etc.
- Installation improvements: Direct pip installation supporting virtualenv and Anaconda environments
- Jupyter notebooks (formerly IPython notebooks) and oenotebook
- The Python 2 to Python 3 transition
