"subROCS: A gold standard in molecular alignment" presented by Paul Hawkins, Ph.D., Applications Science Group Leader from OpenEye.
The webinar was originally held on May 20, 2015. Access the on-demand recording by filling out the form below.
This webinar will introduce a new development in OpenEye’s class-leading, shape-based alignment and similarity tool ROCS, subROCS. The subROCS method takes an exhaustive and therefore highly accurate approach to molecular alignment. The impact of subROCS on both molecular alignment and virtual screening will be explored, with an emphasis on rigorous statistical analysis to enable the generation of reliable predictions of the differences between standard ROCS and subROCS.
